Submissions

We cannot pay you in more than glory. Keep in mind, we only consider fully proofread copy, and 100% original content. Submission must be via the contact form on the site. You are guaranteeing the submission is wholly authored by you, is wholly original, has not appeared in print or elsewhere on the web (even on a personal web site) and, by sending it, you are granting us first web publishing rights and relinquishing future claim to those rights – we may use it, archive it, feature it, revisit it, revise it, and provide search to it on our web site forever and ever. You are also granting us the right to excerpt it in social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter for purposes of attracting readers to the article. You accept that, in accordance with our editorial needs, we may choose to publish only a portion of the submitted article, or to edit it as needed. Keep in mind that if we reject an article, it may simply be that it doesn’t meet our editorial needs at the moment – it isn’t a rejection of the idea, the author, or the value of the piece. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide personalized feedback in most cases. Ideally, articles are between 300-600 words. You may include a brief bio of no more than 75 words.
